Wednesday, July 2nd
- VFW’s Happy Hamburger Night: This event takes place from 5 PM to 8 PM and offers hamburgers, chips, drinks, and desserts.

Thursday, July 3rd
- July 3rd Star Spangle Bay Bash:
- Location: Bayfront Peninsula in Port Lavaca

Friday, July 4th (Independence Day)
- City of Victoria Fourth of July Blastoff:
- Location: Victoria Community Center (Note: Last year it was at the park, but it’s back at the Community Center this year)
- Time: 3:30 PM to 10 PM
- Activities: Car show, cornhole tournament, food, inflatables, and performances by Rew Texas, Chris Zuber, Pat Matula and the Lonestar Playboys, and Trey Jameson.
- MC: Gary will be MCing this event. This event has been happening for over 40 years.
- Firecracker 5K:
- Organizer: Victoria Area Road Runners Association
- Location: Riverside Park
- Time: 7:30 AM
- VFW Fourth of July Annual Picnic:
- Location: VFW Hall
- Time: 2 PM to 6 PM
- Open to: Not just veterans, but anybody and everybody.
- Activities: Food, drink, games for the kids, and guest speakers honoring veterans.
- Note: You can stick around that evening in the parking lot to watch the fireworks, as it’s close to the community center.
- Safari Splash at the Texas Zoo:
- Time: 9 AM to 4 PM
- Activities: Water slides, chances to get wet, and check out the animals.
- Red, White, and Boom:
- Location: Coletto Creek Park (near the Goliad area)
- Time: 7 PM to 10 PM
- Note: This event is likely to be over the water.
- Deline’s Dreams Performance: This band will be performing at Moonshine Drinkery.
- Shiner Hat Moon Holidays:
- Location: Green Dixon Park
- Starts: 6:30 PM
- Activities: All kinds of activities will be held throughout the weekend.
- Cuero Annual City Fireworks Show:
- Location: Cuero Municipal Park
- Fireworks Start: 9 PM
Saturday, July 5th
- Mac Haik Car Show:
- Location: Mac Haik dealership in Victoria
- Time: 9 AM to 7 PM
- Activities: Includes a cornhole tournament.
- Here’s a Scoop Summer Night Market:
- Location: Downtown
- Time: 7 PM to 11 PM
- Activities: Features vendors and karaoke.
- Port O’Connor Fireworks Show:
- Location: King Fisher Park
- Time: 9 PM
- Note: This show is over the water and is their show closest to the 4th.
- Freedom Fest:
- Location: North Side Baptist Church
- Time: 5 PM to 8 PM
- Activities: A get-together with food, drinks, and games and activities for kids.
Sunday, July 6th
- Generals Brother Gary Moses Appreciation Night:
- Team: The Generals, who are the first half champions of their season.
- Location: The ballpark.
- Purpose: An appreciation day for the Generals, described as a great organization that does a lot for the community.
- Key Individuals: Tracy Young and Mike Yokum (General Manager) are mentioned as good people from the organization. David Hartman of AV Interiors is sponsoring the event.
- Giveaways: There will be giveaways including 100 pins, 100 stickers, t-shirts, and socks.

- TLSN Legends Golf Classic: This golf tournament, which supports people in UT athletics who may be facing hard times, will be held on Sunday, September 15th, at Great Hills Country Club in Austin, Texas.
- Registration begins at 11:00 AM, with tee time around noon, and an awards ceremony at 6:00 PM.
- Every team will have the opportunity to play with a UT sports legend, including basketball, football, tennis players, and coaches like Rudy Tomjanovich.
- It is open to fans, friends, alumni, business leaders, and golf enthusiasts, especially those with an interest in UT athletics.
- Participants can expect a premium course experience, awards, prizes, exclusive photo opportunities, food, and drinks.
