Phyllis Snodgrass was the President of the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce from January 2007 to September 2010 before moving to the Texas Association of Business in October 2010 and staying there until September 2011. She then joined the Austin Chamber of Commerce and quickly moved up to Chief Operating Officer.
