The episode of Master Coaches Wednesday Weekly Buzz features Bob Bertucci and other notable coaches discussing various hot topics in volleyball. The segment interviewed Jen Flynn Oldenburg head coach for Ohio State and Dave Shondell head coach for Purdue University. Both coaches addressed the positives and negatives of the transfer portal. We asked the coaches questions about the impact it has on them personally and their programs. How it has changed their philosophies and what strategies and tactics will they be employing moving forward.
