Her leadership style drives transformational change and is centered on the successful implementation of an individual plan for every student. She champions collaborative environments, ensuring educators, parents, and staff work in tandem to translate the vision for personalized growth into tangible academic achievement.
Lindsay earned her degree in Special Education from Aurora University and brings over 15 years of experience in education and leadership. Her background includes teaching elementary and middle school students, supporting learners as a Learning & Behavior Specialist, facilitating STEAM programs, and leading educational teams.She is deeply committed to individualized instruction and believes every student can succeed when learning is personalized, engaging, and delivered in a supportive, welcoming environment.
